SHIPPING INFORMATION
UK STANDARD: 2-5 WORKING DAYS
We typically use a 48-hour tracked service through Royal Mail.
Royal Mail is our UK delivery partner. If you are not home when they attempt to deliver your item, they will try to deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card. If delivery to a neighbour is not possible, they will leave a card and take the item back to their distribution center. You can then either collect it or arrange a re-delivery (full details will be on the card).
EUROPE STANDARD: 5-10 WORKING DAYS
We typically use the International Tracked service through Royal Mail, with final delivery handled by their domestic delivery partner in the destination country. We deliver duty-paid to European countries within the EU, so you won't incur additional customs fees with your package.
Orders heading to European countries outside the EU will be subject to customs and processing fees that vary by country.
INTERNATIONAL 7-10 WORKING DAYS
We typically use the International Tracked service through Royal Mail but final delivery will be with their domestic delivery partner in country. Our worldwide delivery service will typically aim to deliver your parcel 7-10 days from dispatch for the rest of world.
Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection which can delay your package.
EXPRESS OPTIONS
We can provide express shipping upon request to the following countries:
- UK: Next working day
- USA: Up to 4 working days
- Canada: Up to 4 working days
If you require express shipping, we are more than happy to assist. An additional shipping fee will be added to the original shipment charge. The cost will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination. Get in touch here.
IMPORT/CUSTOM FEES
All goods shipped internationally to countries outside the EU are sent from the UK and have no taxes or duties collected by Dark Room Brand. Certain territories may levy taxes, duties, and other fees at the point of delivery, which is beyond our control.
DISCREET PACKAGING
We understand privacy is a concern to many of our customers and we take this seriously. All parcels sent by Dark Room Brand are sent in plain and discreet packaging.
