 ***AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER STRIKES*** 

If you need a parcel within a set timeframe we would suggest opting for UPS when selecting delivery service.

Royal Mail workers are to stage walkouts over four days in August and September over pay.

The strikes, by more than 115,000 workers, will be the first national walk-outs of postal staff, including delivery workers and those in sorting offices, since 2013. These strike days are as follows below;

  • Friday 26 August
  • Wednesday 31 August
  • Thursday 8 September
  • Friday 9 September

Royal Mail has well-developed contingency plans, but they cannot fully replace the daily efforts of its frontline workforce. We will be doing what we can to keep services running, but customers should expect significant disruption. Items posted the day before, during or in the days after any strike action will be subject to delay.

Our company will not be liable for compensatory action on any delayed packages.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Discretion is assured. We ship items in plain, unbranded packaging. We have three delivery options below; U.K Delivery - Either Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd class service. Delivery aim is within 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays)

EU Delivery - Royal mail Track and Trace service. Delivery aim is within 7-10 working days (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays)

FROM JULY 1ST 2021: Orders over £150 will be handled as ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU). You as the customer may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country live in and the value and nature of the item (e.g. commercial goods or gift).

All postage and packaging charges are made in GBP sterling (£), some deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. Our company will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the UK. 

Outside Europe - 7-10 working day delivery aim (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays). We use a fully tracked service for this. Your tracking number will be sent in your confirmation email.

NOTE: Your item could be selected by customs for inspection. Foreign customs processing times vary greatly, generally from 1-7 weeks. Please plan accordingly when choosing these options.
